To better assist our dispatchers, Please note the brand name and model number of the equipment. Please observe any error messages/codes the equipment is reporting. Please clearly report what the equipment fails to do correctly. Pictures or short videos sent to us regarding equipment malfunction are very helpful.

In order to reduce unneeded charges and service calls, our company recommends to our customers to our troubleshooting list. 

Some restaurant equipment has multiple plugs which all must bed plugged in to operate correctly. If a breaker is tripped, please make a visual observation that power cords and receptacles are not physically damaged or exposed to water and other cleaning solutions before attempting to reset breakers.

If equipment requires a water source, verify the water is on and properly connected to the equipment.

If the equipment requires natural gas or propane, verify the quick connected is properly connected, and cutoff valves are on. 

If the equipment has a cooling system, is the air intake/condenser blocked by paper, plastic wrap or some other debris.
